Thank you Eric for all your help. Hopefully we will have continued success. You were helpful and I no longer felt as if I was being bullied into taking the refinance. Thank you again

Working with James was a pleasure. He made this loan process almost effortless for us. This is normally a very stressful procedure but he worked with us every step of the way and answered every question we had. I would recommend Rocket Mortgage to anyone who is looking to refinance, or any loan you may need.

Lucas and his team were able to get us to the closing faster than we thought could be done and securing a great rate for us, all happening within 2 weeks of Hurricane Irma. We live in Florida, and everything was disrupted after the hurricane, but Lucas stepped up and got the property closed.

My husband and I had been putting off refinancing our home loan. As you well know refinancing is not a "simple" step. Our experience with Jd was great ! Step by step directions, easy to follow instructions, prompt replies. Jd's professionalism and attitude simply made this refinance easier than we were expecting. His honesty, experience and knowledge showed through all emails, texts, phone calls....My husband and I had been putting off refinancing our home loan. Mark is friendly, easy to work with, extremely accessible and has a sense of urgency that helps move things along in an efficient and expedient manner. He explored and explained various loan options to us and gave me the information we needed to make our decision. I'd recommend him to anyone who is in the market for a home loan.

Chris was a good refinancing advisor. His help since the beginning to the end of our closing cost was so crucial to our decision to pursue our new short term of 15 years of home loan owners. Thank you Chris.
