Dan was very helpful during my refinance process. Being that I am a new homeowner, Dan went above and beyond to answer any questions I had in regards to the refinancing process.

I wasn't sure about refinancing or if it was the right time. Chad really helped me; providing multiple options to consider and real numbers to back it up. He also walked me through the website, staying on the phone while I was online, ready to give instructions and answer questions. He is professional, friendly and really helpful. It has been an excellent experience.
