Mark was very good to work with and got the loan closed on time. This is a very critical area as many lenders do not get the closing done on time. My buyer was able to get info to him immediately and Mark had the process going as needed. He especially got the appraisal done in good time so repairs could be made in time before closing. Would use Mark again. Thank you for your service.

Jill has been amazing every time we have dealt with her. She is a great communicator and always available to answer any questions we have had. I have refused to use anyone else at Rocket Mortgage because of the relationship ...We have worked with Jill for about the past five years.
