My family and i have been in the market for buying a new house, after several headaches we noticed a commercial on TV from Rocket Mortgage that caught our eye. We thought it was a long shot for sure, with the help from Doug everything was a breeze!! Doug took time to explain everything and make the whole process soo easy. We are forever grateful our paths crossed :)

His knowledge of the process helped us tremendously. Going through a mortgage application can feel overwhelming, but with Jim's patient help and encouragement, we were able to complete the process way ahead of the proposed schedule. This was really amazing, since we were using the Reverse Mortgage for a home purchase not for a current residence. Our realtor and the seller's realtor initially felt apprehensive about an "on line" mortgage company. However, they were soon very impressed with the high quality of professionalism. Jim has a special mix of staying on task and getting the business done, but with a friendly and especially polite manner. We highly recommend Jim and the rest of the team at One Reverse Mortgage.Read MoreRead Less
