Shmuel was top notch, and was quick in responding to our every need. This was my sixth closing over a near 30-year period of ever changing closing procedures. My father was a banker as was my wife until we moved up to Sterling in 2002 when she retired. Both of us were indoctrinated with traditional methods using one institution for borrowing and closing. The Rocket Mortgage approach was much different than those previous experiences, in that the total process involved dealing with many compartmentalized functions. That was new to us, but we can understand how specialists can streamline activities in each compartment as the process continues; sort of an assembly line approach. Henry Ford invented it, Rocket Mortgage capitalized on it. I will say not all the steps were completely understandable for us being old school borrowers, but Shmuel was there ready to help with those minor instances. I have been very impressed with Rocket Mortgage. I have done a refi and two original mortgages with Rocket Mortgage and I am continually impressed with all of the Rocket Mortgage employees that I have worked with. Brent was very enthusiastic and very helpful in my application for this loan. He was very efficient in getting me my pre-approval letter which helped in negotiating my purchase price....I have been very impressed with Rocket Mortgage.
