I first 'met' Mike, over a year ago, when I was in the baby step phase of trying to find a way to refinance. At the time, we were not in a financial place where he could offer us a refinance. But he gave me the information I need to get us to that place.

Over a year later, I contacted Mike again, because I appreciated the information he had given us. Turns out, we had met the criteria, were in a good place, and Mike took us through the process, and we just closed the loan.

He is always pleasant to talk to and gets you answers to your questions quickly. Also almost everything can be done online & they come to your house to do the closing.
