When we weren't sure if we could refinance, Liz went through everything with me and we were able to work with them. Liz kept in constant contact with us and answered any questions or concerns with me. Every step of the process was handled quickly and efficiently. We closed on the refinancing faster than I thought was possible. Thanks Liz for making this easy for us.

Christina was very helpful and efficient in answering any questions I had. Not being familiar with electronic signing of documents, I relied on Christina to explain and walk me through. I would definitely work with Christina again.

Jim, It was a pleasure doing business with you and your staff. Always pleasant and very helpful. The closing agent was prompt, friendly, smart and answered what few questions we had. Wouldn't use anyone else! Thank you. Thank you and God bless. John and Nancy Hood

The three words that best describe Scott are: fully competent, reliable, and dependable. As a mother and a full-time professional, my time was of the essence. Scott made himself available during evening hours to talk to me. He followed up with everyone involved in the process and he kept me well informed of the updates. I appreciate his integrity and his willingness to find the best program for me...The three words that best describe Scott are: fully competent, reliable, and dependable. Jeremy was hands on throughout the entire process. He and team were very responsive answering any questions I had. When we hit a snag with my title, they worked hard to correct the situation so we could close. I would highly recommend Jeremy & the Rocket Mortgage team.

Greg was amazing to work with including his team. As a fist time home buyer Greg took the time and made sure I completely understood everything. In addition, I truly believe Greg had my best interest at hand. I could not be more proud or pleased to recommend Greg and his colleagues at Rocket Mortgage. They are true professionals.
