I want to take the time to write a review for Cass. He has made this entire home purchasing process extremely stress-free and I am so glad I was able to work with him. I'm a first-time home buyer so I'm no expert about getting pre-approvals, working with realtors, and purchasing a house. Cass did an amazing job explaining everything to me and responding back to any voicemails or messages I left ...I want to take the time to write a review for Cass. MY EXPERIENCE WITH JACQUIE MADE THE REFINACE PROCEDURE EASY. HER INSTRUCTIONS FOR FILLING OUT FORMS, UPLOADING DOCUMENTS, HER PLEASANT AND FRIENDLY DEMEANOR ON THE PHONE ALL MADE THIS A VERY EASY PROCESS. THE MESSAGE BOARD IS EASY TO NAVIGATE AND YOU GET A RESPONSE PROMPTLY. I FEEL THE ONLINE WAY OF COMMUNICATING AND DOING THIS REFINACE WAS MUCH BETTER THAN MY EXPERIENCES IN THE PAST.

This is my second refi with with Rocket Mortgage. The first was with Bob. The second started with someone else when I couldn't find Bobs contact info in my files. Needless to say, after getting nowhere with the banker assigned to me, I tore my filing system apart and literally yelled "YES" when I found his email.
