Jim was very easy to work with and always answered my questions, and helped make our experience with One Reverse Mortgage a good one. He also had good suggestions on some issues we had, and we will continue to keep in touch with him. He was always very prompt in getting back with us.

Always there for you when you need him. He is always ahead of the game and gives you the best rates you can get, he calls you regularly to check in and to see how things are going and if you need any help or have any questions. Very fast at changing things in your loan to better fit your life style. If you want things to go smooth I would recommend him as your go to guy.

Doug was able to secure a loan for me when other banks, credit unions and mortgage companies could not. He was attentive and willing take time to explain why. From the very beginning he sought out alternatives and took a load off my shoulders so I could sleep again. Thank you!
