It was excellent working with Joe. Even with sudden burst of business holding up the process and the frustrations with the hiccups, Joe was always quick to meet my needs and calm my concerns. Whatever I needed, he took care of! It made what would typically be stressful and overwhelming into a more fulfilling experience.

Ernesto was so patient and helpful with our refinance! I would recommend talking with him if you are thinking about refinancing in the future. He will help with any and all of your questions.

The online home mortgage process has improved immensely over the past few years. I tried to have my mortgage done through my credit union. By the time I received a phone call of my approval through my credit union I had already spoken with Brian (via chat which is really convenient), been approved for my desired loan amount, went on 5 home viewings, and had placed an offer on a home. If you are skeptical of the online process, continue reading on this page. Countless great experiences will speak for themselves!Read MoreRead Less

I could not have picked a more knowledgable, competent, kind, or professional mortgage banker to be hooked up with. From my very first "preapproval" phone call to the "congratulations on your clear to close" phone call, Tom was a joy to work with. He patiently answered all of my questions and made sure I understood before moving onto the next topic. He patiently answered all of my questions and made sure I understood before moving onto the next topic. Being a team member at Rocket Mortgage, I had my choice on which mortgage banker to reach out to for my mortgage application- Tom validated the reason I wanted to work with him. Thank you Tom for being there for me through my multiple rejected offers and sticking with me until I found my dream home! Read MoreRead Less

I can't say enough wonderful things about Lisa and how she made this an absolute easy process. She was a pleasure to work with answering all of my questions and making sure I received the best rate and service possible. She made normally what would be a stressful situation with any other lender into one of the best experiences I've had securing and closing a loan. I would definitely recommend ...I can't say enough wonderful things about Lisa and how she made this an absolute easy process. I would definitely recommend Lisa and her Rocket Mortgage team (Lindsey, Cornelous and Dylan) to our friends.

Working with Steve for the second time was as usual fast, quick and very pleasant! He has a wonderful personality and is very helpful. He was always available day and night to answer any questions or to direct us to a team member who could answer our questions. We will be working with Rocket Mortgage and Steve for any future needs and referring him to our friends and family.
