I was told another two months at that point I surfed the web and found Rocket Mortgage I sent a email requesting information within a half hour I received a call from Zak we talked and by that Saturday I was preapproved then I was contacted by Elizabeth who then put me in touch with Scott my real estate agent and low and behold I have place a offer on a home and I am beginning the loan process all of this in under two weeks after trying to get approved for over two years. Zak and everyone affiliated with him has been wonderful. They have all gone beyond the call of duty to make this a great experience for me. They kept me in the loop; Zak walked me through every process and I had every question and concern addressed. All I can say is excellent customer service and genuine concern and friends for lifeRead MoreRead Less

I just refinanced my home. Prince put up with a lot from me. I tend to be a very demanding person and Prince always took the time to get me through the process of remortgaging. It's people like you that will give Rocket Mortgage a good reputation with great customer service.

Thank you Prince. I know anyone who deals with you will get excellent service.

We had never gotten a VA loan before as we were told the process was long and over-whelming! Nothing could be further from the truth! Andy was professional, helpful and always there when we needed him. The loan process was a breeze from start to finish! We will definitely refer him to family and friends and call on him again should we ever need another mortgage.

Especially as a first time home buyer, I thought Isaac was incredibly helpful. He kept me informed, answered all of my questions, and helped me learn about the home buying process. I really appreciate all of his help and support!

Thank you Josh! You delivered as promised. Where another bank failed, Rocket Mortgage came through. Josh's expertise helped me get the loan I needed without the painstaking hassles the bank was putting me through. If you are looking for a loan or refinance, I would recommend giving Josh a call at Rocket Mortgage. If he personally can not help, be assured, there is a whole team of other experts ...Thank you Josh! You delivered as promised. Where another bank failed, Rocket Mortgage came through.
