From the very beginning, I felt that Charlene would handle whatever obstacle might pop up over the course of underwriting the loan. I have a complex tax return and she was able to guide the underwriters through it to have a successful closing. Thank you, Charlene, for your professionalism.

I have closed several loans with Rocket Mortgage and Avis and his support team has been great in ensuring that the clients I referred receive A+ customer service and we experienced closing that were smooth and without delays! I highly recommend giving Avis and opportunity to help your business grow.

What a Great Experience. It was amazing knowing that you were always there with the answer. I don't think you ever said- let me call you back! My Buyer was so pleased with the experience as was I. I especially enjoyed having the updates whether I needed it or not! You or the person on your team was always ready and willing to help. I would definitely recommend you and Rocket Mortgage!

Aliyah is THE BEST!! Without her insight and suggestions, I would not have been able to refinance my loan. She's kind, knowledgeable, a good listener and VERY patient. I couldn't have done it without her! I would definitely use Aliyah again and highly recommend her to friends and family.

Brian McCarter, Rocket Mortgage and Assistant, Kitty Dull were efficient, thorough and made a difficult process much easier. I would work with Brian again in a heart-beat. He responded when I called and took the time to clarify whatever I needed. I am very grateful.
