I can't even begin to tell you how GREAT Jesse DuBay was throughout the entire loan process with Rocket Mortgage. Their motto is "Engineered to Amaze" and Jesse certainly amazed me and my husband. I don't think Jesse ever sleeps! It seemed that any time I emailed or texted Jesse, he responded right back with an answer or solution. Chris is just a great asset!! I have used him twice myself and have referred him several times. There is no wasted time and he communicates very well! Amazing process. Charlie explained initially the loan process would go quickly and that it would be smooth. I didn't understand how much he meant that as we have never had a loan process on a home go this quickly and be such a smooth process.
