I am pleased to write a review for Joe Wilson and his Rocket Mortgage team. Joe approved our mortgage over the phone and his team's communication was outstanding during the whole process. We had been renting a home and needed to purchase a home on a very tight schedule, as the landlord was putting the house up for sale. I was concerned that even a slight delay might have complicated our living ...I am pleased to write a review for Joe Wilson and his Rocket Mortgage team. Joe approved our mortgage over the phone and his team's communication was outstanding during the whole process. We had been renting a home and needed to purchase a home on a very tight schedule, as the landlord was putting the house up for sale. I was concerned that even a slight delay might have complicated our living situation. The whole process; looking for a home, putting in an offer, and closing on the property took 45 days from start to finish. If I knew how quickly Joe's team worked we could have scheduled the closing 2 weeks earlier. They are amazing and unbelievable professional. We (the wife and I) found Ashawn to be very positive, polite, professional and a pleasure to deal with, he's got a great attitude and lots of patience. Dealing with financial institutions all my adult life, I have always found them to be pushy and very demanding.
