Though I didn't get my family member to assist me with my loan (they work in a different department) the Rocket Mortgage family did an outstanding job servicing my loan. I think the entire process took about three and a half week almost exactly one month, their processes are very well laid out I know at all times what was needed and I provided that information. I had considerable equitity in my home and I pulled some money out to pay off my rental property so this entire process was a complete win win for me, refi'd my personal residence, paid off my rental, and reduced my mortgage by $1000.00. Thoroughly enjoyed working with Alan.Read MoreRead Less

Adam was fabulous!! He was always available at any moment I needed him. It was my first home purchase/loan and as stressed as I was about finding a home, he made me laugh and took all the chaos out of the loan portion of the home purchase process. Truly a professional that I would gladly go to again!
