Working with **Tiffany Davis** was honestly one of the best parts of my refinancing experience. From the moment we connected, she made me feel like I wasn’t just another client, she treated me like a real person, with real questions, concerns, and goals.

Tiffany has this amazing way of breaking things down so they’re easy to understand without ever making you feel rushed or overwhelmed. She was patient, kind, and incredibly responsive. Any time something came up, a question, a document, she was right there. It always felt like she genuinely cared about making sure I felt comfortable and confident.

What I appreciated most was her honesty and her ability to keep everything moving smoothly behind the scenes. She stayed ahead of every step, kept me updated, and made the whole process feel far less stressful than I ever expected.

My experience working with Cecilia was not great. It took about three times longer than it should have to close this loan. I would call her and more times the knot would not get a response. I started the process in January 12 and asked that it would be done before the end of January, which I was assured would not be a problem. I started the process in January 12 and asked that it would be done before the end of January, which I was assured would not be a problem. One thing led to another, and after many delays, none of which seemed necessary, the refinance didn’t close until February 23 when I went to the title company. I had been assured by Cecilia that I could close this online without the necessity of going to the title company, but that didn’t seem to be available when it came down to it. Kathy was amazing through the whole process. From the start she made the best deal I was shopping for at the time. Made it even better right up to signing the papers to make sure we stayed with Rocket. Through the approval process up till closing Kathy was available to take my calls or answer any question I might have.

Like many, when researching banks to use for my mortgage there are bad experiences that show up and make you wary. Kathy shut down all those testimonies without even knowing.
