Danielle called to ask if my hone mortgage needed re-fi, at first I said no and ended the call. The next day I called her back (that was the best thing I've done for myself). We did start a re-finance, she is absolutely a joy to work with. Had the loan pre-approved that same day, now just waiting to sugn the documentation. Many thanks to you, Danielle. I purchased my home in 2006 at the height of the market before the bubble burst and the market crashed. Over the next 12 years I saw my mortgage go severely under water and it dragged my financial health through the mud. The 1st mortgage was 80% and the 2nd mortgage 10% of the original purchase. Both rates were high according to today's standards. Both rates were high according to today's standards. I tried many times to combine the two loans and despite a good credit and a very good salary I could not get a bank to help. That is until I met Alan Aryanpur. Not only was Alan a gentleman, funny and a brilliant financial mind, he was also very understanding of my plight. I was not someone in dire need of a refinance and I figured I would humor myself in investigating whether Rocket Mortgage could really help me. The value of my home was rebounding, I always paid my bills and my credit was great, so Alan went to work on my case. He was quick to find a solution that consolidated my mortgages, dropped my mortgage rate and shortened the term of my loan. Thanks to Alan I will be in much better financial shape when my kids finish college and my retirement nears.
