I would like to give Stephanie the highest customer service rating possible. She was energetic, empathetic, and determined to give me the best service possible. She is knowledgeable, hard driving, and goal oriented. I believed from the beginning that she was going to get the job done. And she did.

Bianca, was such a huge help to us. She was there every step of the way. She was on call for me at all times of the day or nite, even Sundays. I would highly recommend Bianca, she knows her stuff. Hope she is there for my next move.

Dustin was great and made the home buying experience easy-ish. He was prompt to respond to any questions my husband and I had and took time break down loan programs/details so myself (medical not financial whatsoever) could understand what we would be doing. Overall a great experience and would definitely work with him again.

I am not the type of person who regularly views email, so I appreciated that Harry kept me updated during the process. All went smoothly and my expectations were met or exceeded. Thanks Harry!

I have done my 1st Rocket Mortgage a little while ago, after having had my mortgages with other banks in the past. Not only was the process very smooth, fast and efficient; most importantly Drew accompanied me through he whole process very professionally.
He was always available, even late at night and always followed-up on any item. It was a most pleasant experience, strange to say for a mortgage,...I have done my 1st Rocket Mortgage a little while ago, after having had my mortgages with other banks in the past.
