Very responsive and thorough in answering questions

Greg was very helpful right from the start. He put me in touch with two great real estate agents. Both agents went the extra mile. Greg and Lillian were also very helpful. They went above and beyond. I would recommend both Greg and Lillian at Rocket Mortgage to anyone. The same with Angie and Mindy for real estate agents in Iowa and Nebraska.

I want to Thank Jeff for such a quick closing on refinancing my home. Jeff was so Professional over the phone and polite. He was always so cheerful over the phone. Easy instructions to follow over the phone and the e-mail step by step instructions. I am very glad I got a 15 year fixed rate on my new loan.
Thank you Jeff for such a great job on getting all this done for me in 2 months.
