Brian and the whole team at Rocket Mortgage made the process of navigating a mortgage pretty painless, as far as these things go. This was my fourth home buying experience and by far it was the smoothest. Brian was informative, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. He and the team kept me updated on the progress of approval very frequently. There was always someone available to answer my questions and to help me. I heartily endorse and recommend Brian and the Rocket Mortgage team!Read MoreRead Less

Shmuel was eager for our business, very upbeat and very helpful until it became obvious
that we should have been offered a loan with the same terms, but 0.5% or greater lower
interest rate. He successfully "waited us out" until we closed.

Michael was very prompt in his follow up. If he said he would call at a certain time, he called at almost the exact time.
