The customer service Creighton provided was on point and reflected our search and priorities -- it was also amazingly flexible as I travel internationally. When it came time to decide on a lender, the Rocket Mortgage platform and service model definitely played a huge role in the decision. The product, rate, and structure of the loan was perfect for us. When it came time to close - Creighton really helped to problem solve with a challenging seller situation.
