Best experience I've ever had and I've had my license since 1975. Michael is ON IT! He takes care of every detail, and you don't have to send him something three times ... sorry local lenders. Michael has excellent back-up also. Everyone is friendly, timely, accurate, and the fees are less than the than the local lenders. This is the second time I've dealt with Jill, and it was even better the second time around. When any issues came up, Jill had them resolved within a matter of hours. I had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Jill on an age old issue with the title to my home. It was an unresolved county court house entry from 2006. Normally this would take weeks if not a full month to get resolved. This magic woman brought up my file, immediately saw the problem and contacted everyone necessary to get this taken care of in two days. That's right two days.
