My experience with Justin Miller was really great. He gets the job done fast and always get back to you with any questions you need answered. I didn't have to wait for long for any issues to be taken care of with Justin. Fast and courteous. I enjoyed speaking with Justin on any concerns of our loan .I would definitely recommend Justin......

We recently sold our home and purchased a new one, July 2017. Katie was extremely helpful and always available by text, phone call, or email. Everyone I spoke with had their doubts about using Rocket Mortgage to finance a home, and I had all of my questions answered, and more, every time I spoke with her. I highly recommend Katie, and I told her personally how pleased I was with her help.

I was disappointed when she had to hand my loan off to the next department in the process, but that's just how it goes. We still had a great experience getting the loan paperwork finished and everything financed. Thank you for the job well done, Katie. Read MoreRead Less
