Eric is the most excellent business professional I have ever worked with on every level! I am so happy to write this review as a customer. I have received full respect and he has considered all my needs. I have worked with multiple lenders and would rate the others -5 and would give Rocket Mortgage and Eric 10 gold stars! I am a very satisfied customer. Thank you Eric and Rocket Mortgage Team. God...Eric is the most excellent business professional I have ever worked with on every level! This closing was a lengthy one due to appraisals and liens on the property. But I appreciate Chuck's patience and constant feedback during this process.

Joe was very personable and enjoyable to work with. I could tell he was genuinely interested in my loan....I wasn't just a quota to him. He listened to my concerns, answered my questions, even laughed appropriately at my jokes - that's how I know he was listening. Definitely reccomend him!!!
