Our need to refinance was time sensitive. Adam was helpful and explained our options clearly. We were able to handle everything online in a timely fashion. And our monthly payment was reduced. Thanks for the assistance.

Jeremy, always got back to me in a very timely fashion and in doing so made me feel like I was his only client. I couldn't have been luckier to have had such a proficient partner with what I would consider a difficult load. No matter what the obstacle Jeremy had a great solution to fix it!!

Heather is the BEST mortgage person I've ever dealt with period. She's was always energetic, clear, concise and followed through in great detail with every interaction and transaction we did together. I've done four loans and three refinances and Heather put all the others to shame. It's by far the best experience I've had doing a loan. Heather will defiantly be the first person I call for my next loan. Read MoreRead Less

Michelle was an amazing resource from the start of our application all the way through funding of our loan! When we need anything else mortgage related I would not hesitate in contacting her for further assistance. I have also referred her to several friends and family members. Michelle is a great asset to the Rocket Mortgage team and brand. She goes above and beyond for her clients!
