I thought Tima did a great job of informing me of what was required. He was knowledgable and professional. My only suggestion would be to Rocket Mortgage . They need to make it part of the process to have Tima follow up with the home owner rather than let it fall on the processors. My numbers needed to be corrected and it got a little frustrating that I was having to explain it all over again to ...I thought Tima did a great job of informing me of what was required. When Scott called to talk to me I really didn't expect things to move so fast. I have closed on Mortgage loans before and it's always taken months to get things ready for closing.
