Chris was a easy to work with. He was patient with me in my request to compare various loan options and helped me identify pros and cons of each loan. Even though I didn't have all the required documents for the loan application, Chris was able to help me find substitutes and represented me well when working with other departments such as underwriting. I heard good things about Rocket Mortgage and decided to contact them one day on a whim. I had one of those "Modification Loans" and was interested in getting out of it. I honestly did not know if Re Financing was going to be possible for me, but wanted to inquire about it. I was lucky Ted answered the phone that day! He is very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. He was very prompt...I heard good things about Rocket Mortgage and decided to contact them one day on a whim. We ran across a couple of bumps along the way, and he was very patient and helpful during those times. (I might have shared some of my stress with him) He quickly gained my trust and I felt I could reach out to him when I needed to. If the opportunity comes up I will definitely recommend him.
