He is exceptionally knowledgeable and worked carefully with us to ensure that we had the best loan for our financial situation and stage in life. He was very friendly, yet professional - and very responsive. He gave us his personal cell number with encouragement for us to contact him anytime - including weekends if we had any questions. We did take him up on this offer once and his response was immediate and helped us solve the issue we needed to contact him about. He kept us informed of each step and guided us through the entire process. I highly recommend Bryan and will contact him personally when we need another mortgage. Bryan was exceptional and the Rocket Mortgage process was transparent and very easy to complete - especially with Bryan's guidance and his personal availability to answer questions.Read MoreRead Less

Jordan was splendid to work with I enjoyed every moment working with her. She made my home loan experience stress free wish there were more people in the world like her. She deserves a promotion if I was her boss she would already have it.

Jenny is awesome to work with, amazing personality and helpful with any questions I had. I'd personally recommend her to anyone who is in the market for a home loan. She made sure I was on track and explained everything in terms that anyone would understand.
