He answered all of my questions, was timely and responsive when needed, and ensured the highest level of professionalism. He took his time with me to help unsure my understanding as a first time home buyer. He checked in with me often throughout the period when I was looking for the home I now own. He ensured a member of his team assisted me during his absences. I would definitely recommend Nathan to anyone looking to secure a mortgage loan. I would do business with him again in the future!Read MoreRead Less

Jeremy was very helpful and very friendly. He made my refinance process more pleasant, and I felt free to call him any time with any questions I had. I would certainly recommend calling Jeremy to any of my friends, whether it be a refinance or mortgage. I have saved his number in my wallet for that reason.

Brian is great. He explained the process and requirement at the beginnings. And simplified each step as the process went along. In short I had much better experience for refinancing my mortgage with Brian and Rocket Mortgage than any bank bank before.
I am a Charles Schwab client and I recommend refinancing or getting first mortgage through Rocket Mortgage which collaborates with Charles Schwab.

She guided us through the entire process and helped us solve many problems, especially that there was incorrect information on our Credit Reports. She was wonderful.

Could not have done it without her.

She is a great representative for your company.
