I was every pessimistic the morning that my husband asked me to speak with Omar about refinancing our home. I still had a bad attitude about the last lender that took up our time and money, with no results!! I agreed to talk with Omar, but kept my pessimistic/negatived attitude!! I would have to say I was even a bit rude to Omar. He stayed positive and pleasant through the entire conversation.
