While Tom told me that he was "inexperienced", I could not detect that in the least. Tom was highly professional and highly courteous.
To write redundantly: I easily rate Tom as Highly Professional, Highly Recommended and would 'quickly' refer him to anyone requiring his (or his Company's) services.
Weiten with the highest of regards.

Bryan was our loan professional during our recent mortgage refinance. Beyond his financial expertise, Bryan helped us seniors navigate a daunting technical maze which was very difficult for us. He was patient and thorough in his explanations and never minded many questions being asked over and over. Bryan was always reachable and took personal steps to insure we were always on the right track. ...Bryan was our loan professional during our recent mortgage refinance. Both John and I have spoken highly of Bryan and Rocket Mortgage to our family and friends and will definitely recommend both in the future.

A great experience. My wife and I couldn't be happier with our loan process with Rocket Mortgage.

We will be sure to recommend Rocket Mortgage to anyone who mentions any loan, mortgage, or home purchase activity they are contemplating..

Our thanks to Sam and the entire Rocket Mortgage team who worked with us. It was a very pleasurable process.

The personal attention and outstanding customer service I received from Cass was unmatched by any experience I have ever had in dealing with a major purchase. He kept me informed, discuss all options and take the time to understand me and my finances to make the right choice for financing. I would recommend Cass to anyone new or repeat buyers alike.

From the first call, Nate was an amazing professional that guided us through the process of purchasing our new home! I have never felt so informed on the overall process and I felt everything went like clockwork! My realtor even commented on how "on top of things" Nate was, as well as his team team of colleagues from various departments. The thorough communication is what stood out to me as one...From the first call, Nate was an amazing professional that guided us through the process of purchasing our new home! My realtor even commented on how "on top of things" Nate was, as well as his team team of colleagues from various departments. The thorough communication is what stood out to me as one of the major contributors to the overall success we experienced with Rocket Mortgage. The ability to upload requested documents to Rocket Mortgage also made the process go much quicker than anticipated. We always felt like we were in good hands and could turn to Nate with any questions...he was always quick to respond as well! Thanks again for everything, Nate! We love our new home!
