Not only was he correct, but he also educated me on the founder of Rocket Mortgage, and the philosophies the company was built on. I truly believe this company is in business to make money, but actually cares about it's customers, to an extent I've never experienced with a business before. I will never finance a home again without them both (Rocket Mortgage & Jon) and will spread the word to all who will listen, how great Rocket Mortgage and Jon are!
