Anthony made my refinancing process seamless and enjoyable. He was proactive at every step, and he was very honest about some of the hurdles we may need to jump through. I was pleasantly surprised that he under-promised and over-delivered to manage my expectations, which I implore my staff to do with our clients. I plan on reaching out directly to Anthony in a year or so to go through this process again.
Normally I would be able to find a constructive bit of feedback without a lot of effort. It is a tremendous thing to say that I struggled to find something that he can use to improve his services. To that end, things moved very fast at the end of the process and as our account moved from Rocket Mortgage Department to Rocket Mortgage Department Anthony wasn't there to conduct the process for us. I understand that this is most likely a Rocket Mortgage process and not under Anthony's control; however, he did such an amazing job on the front end, trying to close in 72 hours at the end of the month would have been much simpler having Anthony be the POC for the entire process. All of Anthony's attributes that made our one-to-one engagements so satisfying would have reduced our stress levels at the end.
