Aliyah was wonderful right from the start of the process. She walked me through all the steps and even taught me how to use my scanner. She followed up to make sure we were happy with our loan.
Nick was great. He was responsive, answered all my questions, and provided constant feedback as the loan processing progressed. Like everyone I have encountered at Rocket Mortgage (and this is my second refi with them), Nick made the whole experience fast and stress free. Thanks Nick and Rocket Mortgage!
