Jennifer was extremely friendly and competent through our re-finance process. I have done business with Rocket Mortgage a few times now and was familiar with the process but when a couple of glitches came up she was just a call away and straightened everything out immediately. I would not hesitate to work with her again.

I cant express how helpful Kyle was through this process. We appreciated his tenacity and persistence in getting our loan approved. We had some issue with our finances that without Kyle’s help, our re-finance would not have been possible. If you are looking for someone who will be there every step of the way and guide you through what could have been an excruciating experience, give him a call.
