Nate was a pleasure to work with. If I had questions, he was very quick with a response and able to answer knowledgeably. He followed up with me periodically, touching base making sure I was on schedule at all times. When working with the other process teams, I could email Nate with questions he would look into for me without hesitation. Appreciate the quick response and explanations for moving my loan forward to processing. Having identified my Charles Schwab connection and getting passed to Brian for identifying the best program available was key.

Alex was excellent. The only issue with the closing was that he was not in the office to solve a discrepancy in the refinance papers. Others could not fix the problem because they were not familiar with our loan. So we had to wait until he got back before the issue could be resolved. This delayed the closing by a few days; not a problem for us.
