This young man made our experience better than any other we have had in our 70 plus years. He answered every question, he somehow got me able to do things in the computer AND he called us periodically to make sure everything was moving along and that we were satisfied. What a competent, kind and caring young man. Thank you Tima, I can honestly say YOU ARE THE BEST!!!
