Shane was amazing. Helpful through to the very end. We hadn't had much luck previously buying a home and we were most definatly nervous this time around. He made it simple easy and whenever we had a question he was there with an answer.

As an agent I groaned when my clients said they were using Rocket Mortgage! Jason completely changed my mind. Our transaction was quick and seamless. Any time I tried to reach him he was available and ready to handle the specifics of the transaction. He's a rock star!

From the first phone call to the last, Nichole was wonderful to work with. She was very patient in explaining some details I didn't quite understand to begin with and made me feel comfortable with the entire process. She was easy to reach by email or text message. She's a true professional and I would recommend her to others seeking a loan. Thank you Nichole!

Babak has to be one of the most helpful employees at Rocket Mortgage! He made sure to answer every question our mutual client had and if he didn't have the answer right away he always responded the same day! Babak made this process very easy !
