We have been with Rocket Mortgage for quite awhile, and were approached to do a refi with them. There were things that we wanted to accomplish that the refi would help with, so we agreed and started the process. We decided to reach out to Tony who handled our previous loan with Rocket Mortgage, and could not be happier that we did. He addressed the issues we had with the previous team, advised us when needed, and made the refi a smooth and easy experience, just like the last time with him.
