There's not much I can add to what others have already said. I didn't think it was possible that his reviews were legitimate...until I worked with him. He was available at any time (nights, weekends, etc.) by email, text, or call to give me updates or answer any questions. We started out with another mortgage lender. After we became frustrated with their lack of communication and what they were offering. We switched to Rocket Mortgage Loans. Dan has been great in all aspects of this process. It has been a night and day difference between Dan and the other "mortgage processor" at the other company that seemed to be too busy to return my calls for over a week.
