Areeya went above and beyond for me during my home buying process. When I was having trouble with someone else in the organization, she stepped in and tried to help. She was always extremely courteous and professional. Her customer service skills are impeccable.

When I started checking in to loans my head began to ache, but when I began working with Billy Harb from Rocket Mortgage it changed. He is very good at explaining the whole process and so respectful. The process that seemed so complicated suddenly became very easy. Thank you Billy for all your help.

Great experience working with Mark. He was there to answer any question night or day and made sure I had all the information I needed when I needed it. He was so patient with my ignorance and helped me to gain the knowledge I needed to be a first time home owner even at my advanced age. He exceeded all my expectations. I wish everyone I have to deal with is so kind and efficient.

Just working with and just heard our re-finance was a go. I must say Jennifer is not one to drag her feet. We went into the process fast and cut through the mumbo jumbo that can often happen with Jennifer walking me through each step. I spent very little time and received great results.
