I really appreciate and enjoyed dealing with Maria. She was very pleasant and well informed, answering all my questions honestly. If she did not know the answer she would get back to me with an answer that was correct. Maria was always pleasant and never gave me the feeling that I was an imposition when I called (and I called a lot). As an agent, it is very easy to be somewhat over looked by the lender. Collin and his team did a wonderful job at keeping me updated and knowing where we were through out the process for my client!
