We're very pleased with the attention Mariny gave to our reference. It made us feel like we were the only people he was working with. We would recommend him and Rocket Mortgage highly.

Ryan was proactive and attentive to our questions without being intrusive. On the very rare occasion he was not completely sure of an answer, he worked with his team to have a very fast turn-around.

Courtney Carr was very responsive, to any queries by both myself, as the Buyer's Agent and with the Buyer's themselves. Good Job!

Mr Gabe Munoz is a very efficient and kind banker who helped me to initiate and follow the process of my loan application. Rocket Mortgage should be very pleased with the performance of Mr Munoz, not only with my loan but with other customers applications. Mr Munoz keep the excellent work!

All team members with Chris leading was a very positive experience. Great service, great people, and everything exceeded expectations. The time from start to finish was excellent and even those working as contractors for ORM were way above average. Chris took the lead from day one and even after the handoff to the other ORM people he still followed through with e-mails and telephone calls. 10 ...All team members with Chris leading was a very positive experience. From the first phone call to the last email, Phillip has been very informative about every step of the refinance process. All questions were answered and if Phillip did not have an answer, he knew someone that would have the correct information. Very satisfied with the high level of client service!
