Great customer service, i have worked with him on my home loan and was able to ask questions about other things as well and he was able to help me with all of it, no questions asked.

I almost never trust people on the phone....But as I worked with Michael, I found his work good.
He did what he said he was going to do. He always responded to my phone calls in a short time. And some of my calls were on Sunday. He accepted my suggestions My loan was completed in a timely fashion. Great to work with. Within 7 wks they coordinated the sale of my house to my son and the purchase of a smaller home. They put in touch with a realtor in my area. Bryan was great...got an inspection to make sure everything was ok with the HOUSE, and worked with the title company for closing. I hesitated contacting Rocket Mortgage because of reviews i read.
