I've worked w/ Allen on Home Equity Loan and the service is superb. He and his team were quick to get things done, I think the bottleneck is often on my end. We closed the loan in 11 days which is pretty fast in my book. I enjoy working w/ Allen and the process is overall painless. Thanks.

I've used big banks and local banks in past home purchases, but the Rocket Mortgage processes was much easier and more transparent. You know where your loan is in the process at all times.
