I do not play well with institutions. For this reason not only was I skeptical of getting the refinance at all but I definitely didn't think it would go smoothly. This was my second refinancing through Andy and it was as successful as the first. For the first, I swear he performed miracles to get me out of a situation caused by my attorney during a bankruptcy (failure to reaffirm a mortgage) and returned me to stability with my home mortgage. This second time allowed me to capture the current rates for a 15 yr. mortgage at 3.5%. More surprisingly this ...This was my second refinancing through Andy and it was as successful as the first. This second time allowed me to capture the current rates for a 15 yr. mortgage at 3.5%. More surprisingly this only added roughly $160 to my monthly payments. My biggest motivator to refinance at this time is this will save me $66,000 in interest that I would have paid in interest for the balance of my mortgage. It's the smartest financial move I've made in decades. Andy made the process painless, speedy, and 'surprise'-free.
