This was my first time using Rocket Mortgage and it was a very easy, pleasant experience. Amie is very attentive and responds to e-mails and calls quickly. My loan amount was relatively small and yet she treated my loan with the attention and professionalism one might expect from a much larger loan. The website is easy to use and all documents are signed electronically. I didn't even notice that ...This was my first time using Rocket Mortgage and it was a very easy, pleasant experience. I would definitely use Amie again for any future loans.Read More Read Less

Tim Marin was outstanding! Working with someone you have never met can be scary...he made it seem like my people were of the utmost importance to him and to the company. In the end it was his special attention to detail and to the clients that made this sale happen. Happy family and happy ending...all because he treated me and my clients like we really mattered!

While using another mortgage company during our new home purchase my wife and I felt like we were not getting a good deal. I decided to try Rocket Mortgage just to see if they could do better. I have delt with multiple mortgage companies, but George and Rocket Mortgage were by far the best. More importantly, I felt like he was looking out for our best interest. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to get a mortgage.Read More Read Less

My husband and I are first time home buyers. When I first called Rocket Mortgage I got Cass. From that point on, he made me feel like a friend. I remember one point in our first phone call he felt that I was over whelmed (which I was) and said "stop". He directed me to his web page with his picture and Bio. He just made me feel that he really cared and that he had my best interests in mind. From ...My husband and I are first time home buyers. When I first called Rocket Mortgage I got Cass. He directed me to his web page with his picture and Bio. He just made me feel that he really cared and that he had my best interests in mind. From that day on he was there when I had a question or concern. As we got further into the loan process I then started speaking with "his team". They were just as helpful and generous with their knowledge. I am very pleased with Rocket Mortgage and I am glad I am sharing this accomplishment with them.

Pedro and his team worked consistently and provided me with timely updates and milestones regarding the loan status. It was a pleasure working with Pedro and his team. Thank you for making our clients' dream of being homeowners possible.

Checking out what it would take to refi turned into a great conversation with Shmuel. I thought a 30 year fixed was the way to go. He helped us get into a 15 year fixed at a lower rate than I ever expected. He was transparent through the entire process and was available to answer my questions. He is great at what he does and we appreciate his support along with Rocket Mortgage.

Chris did a great job getting our mortgage process started and following to the next level. Our situation was a difficult one right out of the gate. A lot of paperwork to collect. He answered all our questions and if he didn't have the answer he said that he didn't and got back to us quickly with an answer. He made himself available when ever we needed to reach him.

Working with Jimmy is making my home buying process a lot smoother than I thought. He get's back to me on questions quickly and explains everything in detail. We hope to be in a home soon with Jimmy's help and I recommend him to any one especially a Veteran that is looking to buy a home.
