I had been working with 2 Banks who kept telling me "we'll start the process, soon". Then my bank and an independent broker, who both left me in the dart. I saw an add for Rocket Mortgage/Rocket Mortgage, so I made a call. I received a call from Brent who told me what he could do for me, what the process was and how soon it could be done. We started the process that morning and 20 days later, I ...I had been working with 2 Banks who kept telling me "we'll start the process, soon". I received a call from Brent who told me what he could do for me, what the process was and how soon it could be done. We started the process that morning and 20 days later, I was signing Loan Docs. Any information I needed about my loan I could get on My Rocket Mortgage or call and ask Brent personally. the quality of the service was outstanding
