He followed up with me on everything and for clarity. It seemed like he was right here working in my State which is Maryland. Even the next person he handed me over to was just as professional. Alex was excellent. The only issue with the closing was that he was not in the office to solve a discrepancy in the refinance papers. Others could not fix the problem because they were not familiar with our loan. So we had to wait until he got back before the issue could be resolved. This delayed the closing by a few days; not a problem for us.
