We chose Rocket Mortgage for our mortgage because of our experience with Jennifer. Rocket Mortgage was not the best rate (it was very close) that we received but we felt that Jennifer actually cared about us. She was extremely helpful answering our questions, and as first time home buyers we had a ton of questions and most of them were probably stupid questions.
