Jesse is an amazing loan officer. Very hands on, willing to get it done. I already referred one friend and both her loan and mine closed on time. User friendly interface that I did completely by cell phone. A 10 all around!

Chris is just a great asset!! I have used him twice myself and have referred him several times. There is no wasted time and he communicates very well! I am also a Realtor and deal with many lenders and quite honestly none of them can hold a candle to Mr. Marshall. Outstanding person to do business with and will continue to use him every time!

Amazing process. Charlie explained initially the loan process would go quickly and that it would be smooth. I didn't understand how much he meant that as we have never had a loan process on a home go this quickly and be such a smooth process. Thanks for everything and look forward to working with Rocket Mortgage over the life of our loan.

It was with great pleasure to work with such a professional and knowledgeable person like Billy. He not only explained to me on what type of loan I had with my previous lender, he educated me on what type of loan I should have and deserve. I am so grateful and feel so excited that we will be in great hands with Rocket Mortgage. Thank you so much Billy! You are awesome!

Jesse was very sharp and helpful in clarifying some additional considerations. prompt with all responses and respectful of my time and privacy. While we're still weighing our options, this experience has put Rocket Mortgage/Rocket in a very positive light.
