Mack is the man after being told 3 times I would never get the loan I needed to buy our home from 3 different banks Rocket Mortgage put mack on the job to make sure it happened and he worked faster and better then I have ever seen someone work to get the job done. He was very knowledgeable,Quick to respond to our questions and quite frankly he felt like we were working with a friend. We would have gone with Jon at Rocket Mortgage but our credit union offered us a better rate and deal. Raymn provided outstanding support during the whole process. He worked with me through some difficult issues, specifically when the first home I chose to purchase did not go as planned. The seller's Bank was not cooperative to our requests for information which dragged out the process. I was so frustrated I rescinded my offer and setup a loan for another home that went on the market that week....Raymn provided outstanding support during the whole process.
