Matt is a smart guy. He is very knowledgeable about the market and available financing options. His best quality is his willingness to listen to your needs. And he never talked down to me. He walked me through several different scenarios until my refinance was fine tuned exactly to what I needed. I am grateful to Matt for helping me reach a place of security with my home.
