As first time home-buyers we didn't really know what to expect. The process was simple and so streamlined, I cant imagine a better experience!

Tom was extremely knowledgable and so helpful throughout the process. He answered the million questions we had with ease and always was always willing to provide us with multiple options and talk us through the pros and cons.

In the end Adam lost the deal due to a life long friendship with another provider. However, I truly felt bad not giving him the business when he has worked from home and even on a Sunday at 10PM to earn my business.
