I'll admit I was reluctant to use Rocket Mortgage based on past experience and reputation. I was surprised and elated with the experience with Cass and his team. At no point did I have any questions about where we were in the process as the called me before I could call them. They got a clear to close in 24 days and at no point was I surprised by any of their requests.
